Dry yellow wine. Nature: hot and dry in the second degree. Optimum: the clearest of the year. Benefit: against poisons, mainly, cold poisons. Harm: it reduces the desire for intercourse. Remedy for harm: with sour quince. Effects: sharp bile. Most advisable for cold [temperaments], the elderly, in spring and in northern.
Uinum citrinum acutum. Complexio: calida et sicca in 2º. Electio: annuale lucidum. Iuuamentum: contra uenena et precipue frigida. Nocumentum: sedat appetitum coytum. Remotio nocumenti: cum citoniis muzis. Quid generat: coleram acutam. Conuenit magis frigidis decrepitis uere septentrionalibus.
